I am a poet and a love of poetry. I have written of making and glorious knowing. When I write, I write for the sake of Ars Poetica in its form. When poetry becomes real to its becoming, it opens to its meaning.
The Morning Glory
When you are a poem,
when you are real,
you open the way to
being holy to its
creation and breathe
as I do, yet poetry
and poem are essential
to its own becoming
and its being.
When a poem is real
to its pulse, flow,
and word, it becomes
floral, it becomes flower,
it is the budding
to the flower.
Open like me and open
as a morning glory
and it will bloom as I do.
